Welcome to the platform of the MAYDAY project!

MAYDAY project is aimed mainly at the employees from the 50+ group hired in companies from the maritime sector, especially threatened by the loss of job. MAYDAY project is an innovative partnership of trade unions, unions of employers and entrepreneurs, higher education institutions and the R&D background. The project is supposed to prepare the program of adjusting qualifications of 50+ employees to the needs of employers and labour market and the development of life-long learning. The project is assumed to contribute to the maintenance of work stands in SMEs and to the implementation of new technologies in enterprises. MAYDAY project offers help for entrepreneurs and employees through the system of training and consulting. Project beneficiaries may obtain help within MAYDAY project.
